September Thursday morning 4th-25th (10-12noon), Mixed Media Landscape Workshop Series
Join us for a vibrant four-week series that explores the rich intersections of nature, creativity, and mixed media. Through a blend of outdoor sketching and studio development, this course encourages playful experimentation and expressive freedom.
Each session begins with a deep dive into the work of a contemporary artist whose approach to landscape, material, or mark-making will inspire our own. We then head outdoors to observe and respond to the natural world using various media, before returning to the studio to transform our sketches into unique artworks through layering, abstraction, and reinterpretation.
Elaine's supportive and intuitive teaching style allows for deep personal growth and artistic breakthroughs. Expect laughter, bold marks, new techniques, and a deeper connection to your surroundings and your own creative voice.
“Elaine Foster Gandey is possibly the most engaging, encouraging and all embracing teacher I have been privileged to know…” — Tessa
